After ‘contemplation’ had already arrived in the shops in September, we started the festive atmosphere of DEZember on the last day of NOVember. Our moderator duo Stefan Ce and Marc Knepper extended this by a large portion of fun and presented us with some gags.
The frame tape was Wasteland expedition. They gave us tips against volume – then the sounds flew around our ears. With two guitars, a bass, loud drums and a powerful voice, they made the walls of the district house quake.
Pierre carried a text about dilapidated buildings in Kaditz before. His words were reminiscent of times when you were young and bravely wandered through the area. Very melancholy.
Annette and Jacob played some songs of her CD ‘Suantrai’ as an acoustic version. The Irish-Scottish songs, partly in Gaelic, spread their mystical-meditative mood throughout the room.
Anne it read a text on ‘Helga’. The sad lines told of the difficulties of getting older.
Romy Möhrke rocked the stage with guitar, good lyrics and a lot of flair. Their songs were accusatory, melancholic and had a lot of energy!
Rene Wolf reported on the football match Germany-Ghana – in the version that was not shown on TV. The ironic text picked up on prejudices and turned them into the opposite. Very amusing!
After the break our moderators took a stylish selfie – the application for Germany’s Next Top Mods is ongoing.
DJ Flexible He brought a TV and showed a film about Dresdner Skater. The surrealist work was underpinned by his music.
Andrea Wechsler read poems from her collection of poems ‘When the parallels intersect’. The lyrics were socially critical and very ironic. Finally, she described a chaotic Christmas.
Raik guard He had brought his children's guitar and performed satirical songs about people walking past their wishes.
Michael Winkler presented a poem about his hometown – ‘Chemnitz, City of Modernity’. He also dealt with the Pegida movement before it became romantic with ‘You don’t deserve me’.
After we Wasteland Expidition the dance leg swung, gave Raik an encore at the request of a fan – without a fan, but with a lot of joy. Even though his song about heaps in museums did not meet every taste, his loosely fluffy lectures are very funny!
It was loud, it was quiet, it was curious and in places very serious. A colorful mixture with good-humored moderators! An extra praise for Marc, who mastered his double role as presenter and photographer outstandingly! Many thanks to all – see you next time!
