Of females and gnomes – the open stage in December

The Open Stage in December 2014

Premieres, premieres – Santa Claus in all honours, but: That was great! Although the year was in its final stages, many artists came to celebrate Christmas with us and a good new year. Premiere No. 1: Vivian aka Moderations-Elfe supported Stefan Ce in his already great moderation. Premiere No. 2: We played junk dumbbells. Because if the artists give us something every month, we want to give something back! And our gifts were coveted …. ? Back to Art:

Martin Seidel It was our first time and took us on a journey through time. 10 years slumbered his rocking guitar songs in the drawer before they saw the light of the open stage! Martin took us on a road trip of cheerful, but also melancholic tones.

Chris Doering He reappeared with us after years of abstinence. He reflected on the causes of the Pegida-

Movement and called for ‘Rettiche for Pegida!’

Also in Friedemann It became political. He performed a children's song by Gerhard Schöne and sang about species extinction. His request: ‘Don't clone me to exterminate me afterwards!’

Vivian Speaking of poems. She talked about the beauty of the scents and the despair you carry around with you. She also explained how difficult it is to express wishes that are perceived as a demand.

Rene Wolf Very authentically embodied an angry citizen who is part of the Pegida movement.

Anne it Read a text about reality refugees and resolutions.

Michael He was also a debutant and dispelled his nervousness with a poem. Afterwards, he presented us with thoughtful songs in German and English as well as a chilling song in Russian. Very relaxing!

Pierre He told how he felt as a encircled counter-demonstrator at an anti-Pegida demo. In addition, in his everyday text, he asked the question whether claws are pastries. (This is Wikipedia.)

Stefan Ce He played with light and told us a story about Napoleon. He also made water disappear!

Joshua Hines moved to Dresden for his girlfriend and sang us beautiful pop songs with guitar!

And so the last stage of the year ended with roaring applause and a good feeling. Everyone has done a lot and we can be proud of what we have achieved! Thanks to a great audience, talented artists and a team that creates a lot every time ?
